Our People

Maggie Brereton

Maggie is a former Big Four partner, leading the UK Transaction Services business. She has over 20 years of working on transactions for both private equity and corporates, on both sell-side and buy-side. Maggie also led the bid services team, which focused on PLC takeovers and defence. Her clients include GKN, Smiths Group PLC, BAE Systems, UPS, BT, Hong Kong Stock Exchange, Ahold and Prudential.

Ina Kjaer

Ina brings different ways of working, flexibility, and inclusive culture. Her areas of expertise include identifying, delivering, and tracking revenue, and cost synergies, and complex cross-border integration and separation projects. Previous clients include Shell, Nestle, McCormick, ADNOC, and KKR. Brazilian native with over 25 years of deal experience, she is fluent in several languages, including English, Portuguese, French, Japanese, and Danish.

Peter Alexander

A Chartered Accountant with over 18 years of deals experience, having been based in both the UK and Asia, helping Corporate and Private Equity clients on asset and equity transactions.

He has a focus on large and complex carve-out transactions.

Mike operates across the deal cycle from synergy assessments, detailed design & planning through to implementation. He provides practical advice to help clients on both the buy-side and sell-side to identify and deliver the drivers of value creation.

John Luce

John is a former Big 4 partner where he led a global M&A practice. He has 25+ years of deal experience, helping private equity and corporations execute buy and sell-side operational diligence and deal execution. His clients include: Cardinal Health, HPE, CD&R, Mars, Aon, and S&P Global.

From law, D&I to HR to L&D: Mousumi is bringing her 20+ years of global professional services experience and skillset to lead and shape internal operations for EOS.

Barbara Forjan

Barbara is an experienced Deal Advisor, with over 9 years’ experience in post-deal Integration & Separation as well as complex carve-outs. Barbara has supported 25+ projects across multiple sectors while based in the UK, US and Brazil.

Scott Gibbs

Scott is a Chartered Accountant with 7+ years of audit and deals experience across multiple industries. He has assisted in various buy side and sell side assignments for a wide range of clients including Corporates, Private Equity, and owner managed businesses.

Vicky Jiang

Vicky is a Chartered Accountant with 4+ years of experience across multiple industries. She has wide experience working in dynamic environments and has a strong understanding of financial statements.

Joe Knight

Providing Deals and financial due diligence advice to help corporate and private equity clients across a number of sectors. Sector focus on Consumer brands and Business Services.

Nicole is a Chartered practicing Accountant with over 9 years of M&A experience within the corporate pharmaceutical sector. Her experience covers site and licence carve-outs, acquisitions, integrations, and business transformation.
